Is your staff bonded, insured, and background checked?
We are bonded and insured, and criminal background checks are run against each employee that works for us. This is one of the major benefits associated with using our business over an individual who may claim to take these precautions but does not. We have all our documents and do not mind sharing a view of them anytime you would like to see. Simply contact us to request a copy and a link will be emailed to securely download all certificates of bonding and insurance coverages.
Provide details about your Move In/Out and Deep Cleaning?
Our Move In/Out cleaning is designed to prepare an apartment or house for a new tenant; there's typically more room to be vacuumed, more baseboards to be detail cleaned, more cabinet and drawer space to be cleaned, light fixtures, etc. You can select it on our booking form. Please keep in mind that cleaning inside the fridge and oven are separate from our regular and move out cleanings. Usually move in/out services requires custom in person estimates.
Our deep cleanings, you'll be pleased to know that all of our service cleanings are deep cleanings. The only things that are considered additionals are inside of the fridge, inside of the oven, and exterior windows. We like to keep things easy, simple & clean!
How long do the cleaners take to clean?
Typically it comes out to about 1 hour per bedroom for a team of 2. It also can depend on the inventory of a home to be dusted. In the case of extremely messy homes, we recommend using the move in/out option.
Do I have to be at home/office when the cleaners arrive?
No, you can leave a key for us to get in and we'll handle it from there. Some of our clients leave their key under a mat, in the mailbox, at a front-desk, or somewhere else out of sight. However, for safety reasons we prefer to use our coded lock box. (similar to real estate agents usage) If you book online just remember to tell us where the key will be in the instructions, otherwise just give us a call.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and checks. We do not accept cash due to the safety of our staff. (If you'd like to tip your cleaner you may use cash however. Tips are not required.)
Am I responsible for the supplies?
No, we bring all of the necessary supplies, including a vacuum, wash cloths and paper towels. If you have a prefered product to use (e.g. for wood floors, counter tops, furniture polish) just let us know. We will purchase such needed supplies.
Do you have weekend appointments?
Are normal working hours are from Mon -Fri. 8:00am - 5:00pm. However, sometimes we will accommodate clients in special need of weekend services. Just contact us to inquire.
I have a problem with your service or staff member what do I do?
We have had any problems as of to date. However, anytime you have any problems or concerns, please feel free to contact our general manager anytime.
